If you need to exchange for a different size or color you can create a return label on our returns platform at this link. You will be able to select if you want to return or exchange an item and print a prepaid label.

You may return or exchange an online order within 30 days of its delivery date.

Please return items in original packaging with tags and attach the original packing slip, otherwise we may not be able to process your refund.

We are now offering return insurance at checkout: you now have the option to pay $1.98 at checkout to unlock free returns (no restocking fee).
If return insurance is not added to your cart and you choose to return or exchange your item, the $11.00 handling fee will apply.

    • Returned items must be unworn, in original packaging with the labels attached for a refund. 
    • Sale items that are 50% off or more are refundable for store credit only.
    • Items for refund or exchange must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
    • Returns will be confirmed within 10 days from receiving the package. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to show on your bank statements.
    • At the moment returns and exchanges are available only in the US.

PRE-ORDER RETURNS

When you place a pre-order, the dress you will receive is made specifically for you. If it doesn't fit, we can exchange it for another item or offer you free alterations. If any of these solutions does not work, you can return it for a store credit.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping and tracking notification. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, including overnight orders, will be processed the next business day. Therefore, if an item is needed for the next day delivery or within two days, please place your order before 2pm Eastern Time.

If you are ordering a pre-order item and a stock item, we suggest placing two separate orders. Your order will ship only when inventory is complete and all the items are in stock at the same time; if you have items on pre-order, the order might be delayed. If you need to receive your items separately, contact customer service. Additional shipping fees might apply.
