We are seeking a versatile, high-energy leader to serve as the heartbeat of our fashion manufacturing operations. This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of production oversight, human resources, and office management. You will be the primary bridge between our Sales and Production teams, ensuring that complex client orders move through the pipeline with precision and that our office environment remains as professional as the garments we produce.

Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight & Account Liaison

  • Workflow Management: Provide high-level oversight on complex client orders, ensuring all production deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between Sales and Production to resolve bottlenecks and ensure clear communication.
  • Gap Management: Step in to manage accounts directly during peak times or personnel gaps to maintain seamless service delivery.

Team Leadership & Human Resources

  • Performance Coaching: Manage daily employee performance, providing real-time coaching, development, and (when necessary) disciplinary action to maintain high standards.
  • HR Support: Act as the internal lead for HR-related needs, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate critical personnel or operational issues to leadership with proposed solutions.

Office Operations & Business Scaling

  • Office Management: Ensure the office and production space remain neat, organized, and conducive to professional work.
  • Process Optimization: Constantly audit existing workflows to find efficiencies, streamline communication, and prepare the business to scale.

Qualifications & Skills

Professional Experience

  • Industry Background: Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion manufacturing and production. You must understand the lifecycle of a garment from tech pack to shipment.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing diverse teams and handling HR/employee relations.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple complex orders simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Software & Technical Proficiency

  • ERP/PLM Systems: Experience using industry-standard software (e.g., BlueCherry, Backbone, or similar) to track production and inventory.
  • Data Management: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking deadlines and optimizing workflows.
