E-COMMERCE RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW
You may return or exchange an online order within 30 days of its delivery date.
If you need to exchange for a different size or color please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a prepaid return label and your exchange will be shipped as soon as we receive the return.
To return an item, please email us at email@example.com and we will email a prepaid return label to you. Please include your order number in the email's subject. Once you receive the return label, attach the label to your package and drop the item off at your nearest post office.
Please return items with tags and attach the original packing slip, otherwise we may not be able to process your refund.

After the order is placed our team needs 1-2 business days to process the orders. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

If you are ordering a pre-order item and a stock item, we suggest placing 2 separates orders.
